About Us
We are committed to minimising the cases of colorectal cancer in the Caribbean and provide an information portal for those seeking data on the current statistics of colorectal cancer within the Caribbean.

Caribbean Colon Cancer Initiative
The Caribbean Colon Cancer Initiative is a research-based organisation founded in February 2021 by Dr. Sahle Griffith, Dr. Alex Doyle and Dr. Courtenay Chase. The founders discovered there was a dire need for the awareness of colorectal cancer within the Caribbean and also, adequate access to preventative measures for colorectal cancer. Additionally, the founders were keen to use the platform of the Caribbean Colon Cancer Initiative to fill the gap of literature and targeted research on Afro-Caribbean descendants as it relates to colorectal cancer.
The Caribbean Colon Cancer Initiative is dedicated to minimising the cases of colorectal cancer in the Caribbean and providing an information portal for those seeking data on the current statistics of colorectal cancer within the Caribbean.
