Dr. Summer Payne-Mascoll is an eager, young doctor who recently completed her internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and has an interest in surgery, specifically plastic and reconstructive surgery. She received her medical education at the UWI Cave Hill Campus and is currently the junior research fellow with the Caribbean Colon Cancer Initiative.

Much like her CCCI colleagues, Dr. Payne-Mascoll is trying to make her mark in the world of research and surgery. Although new to the practice of minimally invasive surgery, she shows keen interest in developing her skills in laparoscopic surgery and expanding her knowledge base.
